I had a wonderful stay with spacious rooms and attention to detail all around. The decor was stunning, creating an elegant atmosphere, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. While my overall experience was fantastic, I think having better communication for room service would enhance the stay even more.

I loved how cozy the studio was and really appreciated having a grocery store just a stone's throw away for quick snacks. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and I enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers too. The kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, but it didn’t spoil my overall experience. 😊

It was just a nice choice for a quick stopover in London and good value for money. I had to call for some utensils, but the staff was really helpful. Make sure to ask for essentials right away.

Had an awesome time with friends! The place was perfect for our group. We visited Wembley Stadium for a game and enjoyed the nearby parks for a picnic. The flat-screen TVs kept us entertained after a long day. Highly recommend for group stays!

Only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which made it hard to stay connected.
